Repeat Prescriptions

multicolour_pillsThe repeat prescription system is fully computerised. Repeat prescriptions can be obtained by handing in the right hand side of your prescription to reception or by posting it to us or online.

If you are housebound or a carer we will take requests over the telephone.

Please order online via the link at the top of this page. First time users are required to complete a simple registration.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, clinical practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.

Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
